We started Code Mandala because the best engineers we knew were leaving the country to do work they could have done here. Nine years later, they are here — building platforms used by millions of people every day.

We take on work we can be accountable for: fixed teams, direct access to the engineers doing the work, and a preference for saying no over overcommitting.
